Coffee Crusted Ribeyes with Honey Chili Butter | Over The Fire Cooking by Derek Wolf

Coffee crusted rib eyes with the honey Chili butter I got three beautiful rib Eyes I'm gonna season them with my Imperial coffee Stout seasoning from Spiceology then we're gonna make that Butter adding some softened butter some Honey chopped scallions red chili flakes And salt roll that up place that in the Fridge to firm I'm gonna preheat my Oklahoma Joe Broncos smoker to about 250 Placing these guys on to cook low and Slow for about an hour until they hit 120 internal once they're done pull them Off and let them rest for 10 minutes and Then I'm gonna sear them off on a cast Iron skillet over high heat for about 45 Seconds per side topping them off with Some of that honey chili butter these Were so freaking delicious slicing them Up I'm gonna serve them on top of some Sweet potato fries you can find this Whole recipe over the firecooking.com or Link below cheers
