Stuffed beef tenderloin got myself a Center cup beef tenderloin gonna fillet This guy open I'm gonna mix together Horseradish garlic rosemary thyme Tarragon and salt add to the center roll It up tie with some butcher twine I'm Gonna lather the outside with Dijon Mustard seasoning with salt and black Pepper I'm then gonna preheat my fire to About 400 degrees for direct cooking I'm Going to add this guy on to cook for Just a couple of minutes rotate it and Continue cooking I'm going to repeat That and baste it with some melted Butter then I'm gonna start working on a Chipotle beef sauce with butter beef Broth flour salt and chipotle puree mix That up and let it simmer once the steak Is looking good and is about 120 Internal I'm going to pull it off top Off with that leftover butter let it Rest for about 15 minutes then slice Into this guy serving with that beef Sauce so freaking delicious you can find A sore feet over the firecooking.com or Linked in my bio cheers
