Happy New Year friends today I'm showing You how to make easy slow cooker cajun Chicken alfredo making chicken alfredo In the slow cooker is so easy and the Flavor and taste are out of this world Let's get started We're using chicken breast for this Recipe we're going to start by seasoning Them with some Cajun seasoning on both Sides Once the chicken is very well seasoned We're going to sear them so heat up some Olive oil in a pan over medium high heat Place the chicken into the hot oil then Sear them for two or three minutes on Each side we're not trying to fully cook The chicken but searing before adding to The slow cooker will add so much flavor Once the chicken has developed a golden Brown sear on both sides transfer them Into your slow cooker next in the same Pan pour in some chicken broth mix the Chicken broth in with all the brown bits The chicken has left in the pan then Pour the mixture into your slow cooker Next we're going to add some heavy cream Minced garlic A few chunks of butter then season with Salt and black pepper to taste Place the slow cooker lid on then slow Cook this on high for two hours After two hours you're going to take out The chicken and set it aside for later
